Drop the plugin inside the plugins folder on your velocity proxy
You need to have Luckperms on your proxy, if you dont have it, download it here and drop it inside the plugins folder on your velocity proxy
Restart your proxy

If you want to use the StaffChat and AdminChat feature, or you want to use the placeholders, you need to install the link plugin:
Download the plugin from this page by clicking in the latest .jar
Drop the plugin on all backend servers you want this feature to be in (lobbys, survival, skywars...)
In case you want to use the placeholders, install PlaceholderAPI on the backends
Restart those servers
